Benchmark begins public consultation on updates to all price assessment methodologies regarding the publication rights of assessments

Benchmark Mineral Intelligence announced today that it has started a formal public consultation regarding the publication rights of assessments across all of its price assessment methodologies: lithium, nickel, cobalt, natural graphite, synthetic graphite, black mass, rare earths, anode, cathode, lithium ion battery cells, manganese and electrolyte.

Benchmark proposes that it will reserve the right to temporarily alter publishing dates, for example during UK national holidays, subject to providing the market with 30 days notice via email.

Benchmark invites feedback from active market participants by the latest 4 November 2024.
